I am writing to make you aware of a resource that was not acknowledged in your article Regarding nursing homes (CHOICE, September 2006).

www.agedca reonline.com.au is an online directory of aged care providers across Australia. The website also has a vacancy register that lists current vacancies in aged care facilities. This site is free to the general public and allows them to research aged care alternatives available in their local area.

Unfortunately there's never enough space to mention all sources of good information for our readers. Another website worth checking out on this topic is www.dpsguide.com.au.
