When writing, it is important to create an outline or formulate a topic; as with talking or rehearsing a conversation. Thereby, think before writing. Time management is necessary to create a letter, by organizing thought processes; first.
Clearing your mind about your surroundings and not being confused focuses your thoughts on the topic. Next, brainstorming about a topic generates ideas that helps to develop commands; which are structured in an organized, fashion.
How will this person perceive this letter, if the writer cannot describe the events; within a clear mind set.
